The legal bit



  1. The Ariston "Play, Learn & Win" prize draw (hereinafter referred to as the "prize draw") is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland) who are over 18 years of age. Evidence of eligibility to enter the prize draw may be required by the Promoter, before prizes are awarded. Entry excludes employees of Ariston their immediate families or anyone professionally connected to the draw. The winning participant must be based within the UK.
  2. By registering on the dedicated SocialPoint game app to enter the prize draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. No purchase necessary. There is no charge to participate in the competition.
  4. The Promoter of the prize draw is:

    Hereinafter referred to as the "Promoter"

 

  1. Entries to the prize draw must be made via the Ariston @ InstallerSHOW 2022 game app, and before midnight on Thursday 23rd June 2022. No telephone or postal entries will be accepted.
  2. Prizes are subject to availability. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and, unless stated, there are no cash alternatives. Ariston reserves the right to swap prizes with an alternative of similar value if necessary.
  3. All valid and, if applicable, eligible entries received by the closing time will be entered into the prize draw, and the winners will be picked based on total points collected.
  4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Multiple entries submitted directly or with the use of any automated systems will not be entered into the draw.
  5. The process for selecting and identifying the winning entries has been reviewed independently.
  6. All winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of the prize draw closing. Winners will then be required to provide their full name, address and contact details. If a winner does not claim their prize within a timely manner Ariston reserve the right to select an alternative winner from the entries received.
  7. In the event that the winning entry selected does not satisfy the terms and conditions of entry, the prize will be awarded to another entry.
  8. Winning entrants will be responsible for any personal expenses incurred in redeeming their prize.
  9. By entering the prize draw, all entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Ariston UK regarding Ariston products and services by email / SMS / social media. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by notifying the Promoter.
  10. All personal data provided when entering the prize draw will be held and used in accordance with the Ariston Privacy Policy which can be viewed at https://www.ariston.com/en-uk/privacy/
  11. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the authorised representative of the Promoter will be final and binding. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  12. The Promoter, its agents and servants accept no liability for any losses or damages incurred by entrants to the prize draw as a result of accepting or redeeming their prize.
  13. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, SocialPoint. Entrants and participants discharge SocialPoint from any kind of responsibility of this promotion.
  14. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of these terms and conditions will be based on English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
  15. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records as they will only be available online until 31st July 2022.
  16. Entry to the prize draw signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
