Ariston emerged victorious in the 67th edition of GOOD DESIGN™ with two awards in the categories “Bath & Accessories” and “Building materials”, respectively with its products Aures Luxury Round (electric instant water heater with constant temperature) and Lydos Hybrid (the first electric storage water with hybrid technology in class A). The two prizes were conferred to Ariston Thermo group by the “Chicago Athenaeum Museum of Architecture and Design” in cooperation with the “European Centre for Architecture, Art, Design and Urban Studies”.

GOOD DESIGN™ remains the oldest, prestigious, and most recognized program for design excellence worldwide. The contest aims to award the most innovative and cutting-edge industrial, products and graphic designs for different categories.
Ariston was honored alongside pioneers from the worlds of industrial, product and graphic design. All the award-winning products have been included in the Permanent Design Collection of the Museum of Architecture and Design of Chicago. The 2017 Ariston’s victories follow the one archived in 2016 with the state-of-the-art gas boiler Alteas, awarded due to its innovative silhouette and its fine materials, impeccable details and user-friendliness.
