Legal warranty

The legal warranty is the protection and assurances provided by law regarding the quality and performance of goods. It is a form of guarantee that the manufacturer offers by law to repair or replace a faulty product within a window of time after purchase.

Manufacturer warranty

Manufacturer warranty refers to warranty coverage included with a product at no additional cost for the end user. It is a commitment by the manufacturer to repair or replace the product if it fails within a specified period after the purchase, offered on top of the legal warranty conditions. How to register my warranty?

Check with your installer if they are registering the product for you. If not, simply visit this page, or register over the phone with our Customer Service team. This has to be done within 30 days from the date of commissioning.

The Warranty is provided only to the person who is named and notified to Ariston at the time of registering the Ariston Product (“you”) and confers no rights on any person other than you and Ariston.

All standard warranties apply only to products installed in the UK and the ROI.

The product must be installed by a professional, following the rules of the art, applicable regulations, regulatory standards and Ariston instructions.

Your Ariston product must be professionally serviced every 12 months by a competent person in compliance with current national regulations.
