How do you request the Install Check service?
You have recently acquired and installed an Ariston heating pump or wall-hung boiler in your home that hasn't been installed by Ariston approved service partners.
Request the Install Check service free of charge if your product was not installed by an Ariston approved service partner.
What should you expect from the Install Check?
The following actions will be carried out by the Ariston Service Partner, ensuring the optimal performance of your product.
Installation Inspection
Ensure the correct installation of all Ariston components, including heating and cooling units, ducts, and controls, following Ariston guidelines and local regulations.
Product Inspection
Verify the condition of all Ariston components, ensuring they are free from damage or defects. Check hydraulic, gas, and electrical connections, identifying potential issues that may impact system performance.
Calibration of Controls
Set and calibrate control systems, including thermostats, sensors, and other devices, guaranteeing accurate regulation of temperature and environmental conditions within the building.
Testing and Verification
Conduct functional tests on the entire system to confirm optimal operation of all components. This encompasses testing heating and cooling capabilities, along with any additional features of the system.
Safety Checks
Confirm the proper functioning of safety features, such as emergency shutdowns, pressure relief valves, safety valves and other safety mechanisms, ensuring a secure environment.

- - Cleaning of central heating magnetic boiler filter (if any)
